Refund Policy

Generally, if the client cancels the booking inside of the 12-hour period previous to the scheduled appointment time, the client will be responsible for 1/2 of the booking price.  

That being said, I am a small business, we are a small community.  If something out of your control happens last minute, I will not argue over such a small fee.
